Prophets Of The Dark Side
A group devoted to the spells and force aspects of the Sith, focusing on abilities to see future events. An ancient dark side cult that arose on the planet Dromund Kaas in the Dromund system of the Outer Rim, once part of the New Sith Empire. They were founded by a renegade Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Millennial, and hence can be considered a splinter-faction of the Order of the Sith Lords.

The Sith Assassins
The Sith Assassins were a sect of covert Force sensitive killers secretly founded by Darth Revan on Malachor V during the Mandalorian Wars. Followers of Revan who were found to be force sensitive were taken to the Trayus Academy to be trained as Sith Assassins.

The Sith Marauders
Sith Marauders were a variant class of the Sith Warriors, specially trained Dark Jedi exceptionally gifted in melee combat. Sith Marauders were fueled by hatred, rage, and cruelty; the Marauders would fill themselves with rage when entering a battle, entering a battle-fury fueled by the dark side. Thus, most Sith Marauders could duel any average Jedi, toe-to-toe, and win easily. Marauders cared little for the subtleties of manipulating others and lacked a deep understanding of the Force.

Sith Alchemist
Sith Alchemy actually had its origins in the formation of the Sith Order. A group of Dark Jedi discovered that they could use the Force to radically mutate creatures. The creatures the Dark Jedi made caused the Hundred-Year Darkness, resulting in the Dark Jedi being exiled from Republic space, where they found the primitive Sith race.

Jedi Consular
A Jedi Consular (also called a Jedi seer) was, like all Jedi, skilled in battle, but rarely entered combat, preferring to study the mysteries of the Force.Consulars were the primary scholars and diplomats and seers of the Order, often becoming instructors.
What the Jedi Guardian preferred to achieve by combat, the Jedi Consular achieved by words or the Force. Traditonally, they wielded a green lightsaber, but, like all Jedi, they were free to choose their own color for the blade if they wished.

Jedi Sentinel
The Jedi Sentinels were a subsect of the Jedi Order that sought a balance between the two extremes of the Jedi, the Jedi Consulars and the Jedi Guardians. They possessed adequate combat skills and had somewhat extensive knowledge of the Force. Along with this blended knowledge of both combat and the Force, they also possessed exceptional non-Force skills, such as in the fields of security, computers, stealth techniques, demolitions, repair or medicine.

Jedi Guardian
A Jedi Guardian was the name given to a Jedi whose skills and talents lay in battle, a light side mirror of the Sith Warrior.
They often concentrated on martial training and combat and usually engaged in combat more than any other Jedi, though they were no less skilled at diplomacy. Like all Jedi, they were keepers of the peace, acting as a kind of special police force for the Republic. Guardians traditionally wielded blue lightsabers, however this was not a rule.
Once a Guardian attained the rank of Jedi Master, they were given the honorific title of Warrior Master.

Jedi Weapon Masters
Jedi Weapon Master was the title given to a Jedi considered to be among the greatest fighters of the Order and holding the rank of Jedi Master. Jedi Weapon Masters were much more trained and proficient in battle and the use of a lightsaber than in philosophy or in Force skills. An almost exact light side mirror of Sith Marauders, Jedi Weapon Masters were prevalent in the days of the Old Republic, especially around the time of Darth Revan and Malak. The name was usually used for a specific class of Jedi, succeeding the class Jedi Guardian, who were mostly identified by their blue lightsabers, and their skill with a blade.

Grey Jedi
Gray Jedi was a term, sometimes used pejoratively, that described Jedi who were thought to operate independently and often outside the strictures of the High Council.
The term itself seems to date back as far as the Old Sith Wars. Certainly, during this time period, Gray Jedi themselves seem to have become associated even with a certain variety of robe. In the following millennia, the term continued to increase in usage, most likely due to the increasing trend towards centralization of power in the Order, and the increased prominence of the Jedi Council itself.

The Jedi Archives
The Jedi Archives was a fathomless collection of ancient knowledge and research dating back possibly thousands of standard years. Located in the First Knowledge quarter of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, the Archives Library, at end of the Old Republic, was under the control of Madame Jocasta Nu, a former Jedi Council member who was assisted by several JN-66 and SP-4 analysis droids.

Mandalorians
The Mandalorians (called Mando'ade in Mando'a, meaning "children of Mandalore") were a warlike, nomadic group of clan-based people consisting of members from multiple species. Often, they served as mercenaries.
Their culture revolved around that of battle and war being a source of honor and pride in their community. The leader of the Mandalorians typically took on the title of "Mandalore." Mandalorians were frequently allied with the Sith, most notably Exar Kun and much later as a prototype for the Clone trooper under the power of Darth Sidious and the Galactic Republic, though they would not hesitate to cooperate with the Jedi if it suited them.

Granse Confederacy
The Granse Confederacy was a well-structured coalition of bounty hunters and trackers that appeared on the galactic scene shortly after the Battle of Yavin. They were known for their tendency to perform other's dirty work, which they called "discreet problem solving."

Qulok's Fist
Qulok's Fist operated in the Outer Rim Territories, Minos Cluster and Kathol Sector. The Imperial Army
The Imperial Army was a branch of the Imperial Military whose primary responsibility was the prosecution of ground-side military operations, under the oversight of Army Command. It was formed by re-organizing the Grand Army of the Republic and kept its previous command structure. During the Imperial era, one of the army's most common duties was the maintenance of planetary garrisons throughout the galaxy, as well as waging war on the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
The Army utilized a wide range of equipment and vehicles in support of its infantry. Army units were often reinforced by stormtroopers, although the command structure for the two organizations remained separate. On garrisoned worlds, the Army operated in conjunction with Imperial Starfleet, stormtroopers, and the local constabulary to maintain order and security.
After the defeat of the Emperor, the Army would be split up between various Imperial warlords.

The Imperial Navy
The Imperial Navy, also known as the Imperial Starfleet, Imperial Fleet, Imperial Battlefleet, or Imperial Space Service, was the military arm of the Galactic Empire charged with maintaining security in Imperial space. It was formed from the Republic Navy, and as such was still under Naval Command.
At its peak, it fielded millions of warships and fulfilled Emperor Palpatine's will throughout the galaxy.

The Imperial Knights
The Imperial Knights were an order of Force-users loyal to Emperor Roan Fel of the new Galactic Empire from 130 ABY. They were fully trained in the ways of the Force, but the New Jedi Order saw them as Gray Jedi, as they swore loyalty to the Emperor above all else, including their devotion to the will of the Force. During the Sith-Imperial War, Fel kept them out of the fighting.

Emperor's Hands
An Emperor's Hand, or Hand of the Emperor, was a Force-sensitive operative recruited, trained, and employed by Emperor Palpatine to perform missions that were impossible, secret, or both. Their counterparts included the Emperor's Reach, Emperor's Voice, and the Emperor's Eyes.

Imperial Justice System
After the formation of Galactic Empire, the Galactic Senate was reorganized into the Imperial Senate. But unlike the Galactic Senate, which had held both legislative and executive power, the Imperial Senate held only legislative power (and even with much of that held by the Galactic Senate now in the hands of the Emperor) by orders of the Senate Constitution. They are in charge of the court system.
